460 won't start

Hi,

I've just got a '96 460 1.8i and there's now no spark when the engine is turned over. I was wondering if there was anything that had a habbit of failing (crank position sensor or computer or whatever) and whether there are any easy tests to check where said fault might be.

Any help much appreciated. Cheers.
