Clicking Sound in Right Front End V70-XC70 1998

I developed a clicking sound in the right front end of my car. It only happens when I move forward or during turns. There is not any clicking when the engine is just idleing. I checked the front right CV Boot and do not see any obvious crack or leaking. There is no grease around the inside of the front wheel. The V70/XC has 107,000 miles on it. Any ideas of what the problem could be?
