Rear door panels leather repair S70

Hi everyone,

the fake leather on the back door panels of my 00 S70 are coming out, im guessing b/c of heat? What is the procedure to fix those other than visiting the dealer for new ones which i really don't wanna do? Any help would be appriciated,
