Transmission shifting problem S40-V40 2001

I have a 2001 V40 with 5 speed automatic. Between second and third gear transmission lags or slips for a second shooting the revs up a couple of thousand. Dealer noted tech bulletin on this problem and replaced computer transmission control unit and cleared adaptations. Problem not solved but car shifts really harshly now. Anybody else found a resolution to this problem?
