CD Changer Compatibility

I have available a Volvo 6 disk CD changer with all cables at a very low price.
It is in a '95 850 T5R with a SC 811 radio.
I have the SC 816 in my '98 S90.
Will it be a plug-n-play installation?
I am going to ask on the S90 list as well.
