In the last few weeks, my car (S70 98 with manual trans) will start fine and I will drive off and then find out many electrical things like the radio, power windows, and fan will not work. The lights and turn signals are fine. To solve the problem, I stop the car turn it off take the key out and then restart it. I may have to do this once or twice and then everything will work fine. I would appreciate it someone can point me in the right direction to isolate what is causing the problem. My wild ass guess is that there must be some kind of relay hiding that needs replacement.
