Hesitaton in Crank on Starting S70 2000

I have intermitant starting problem. Happen once every 8 or 10 starts. The engine hesitate in starting. So far it hasn't stranded me, but its diffinately not normal. The car has 72,000 mile and I had it only three months and it just start happening several days ago.... dealer records from the former owner showed that they had a "no crank" problem and took it in 4 or 5 times. The dealer couldn't replecate it but the replace: starter moter, PNP switch. starter switch, new keys and software, wire harness , immoblizer, ignition switch (elec). Lots of stuff but looks like its back again. My indy did replicate the problem, battery and cables are ok. I say there are no dignotics but the motor speed sensor is in the low range and this could be the problem. His other thought is damage to the flywheel, which apparantly had senors around the outside and one could be damage. But this is a big big expense.

Any thoughts?? Does anyone out there know what I'm experiencing??? and have another anwer???
