Are there torque specs for dash bolts? My dash still rattles S70

Does anyone know if there are torque specs for dash bolts? My dash still rattles, but I don't want to risk overtightening...I assume the dash bolts go into plastic or something else that could easily break. Is that right? Thanks. Shane
