Can 850 a/c compressor clutch be changed without compressor removal? 850

Hi,
The coils on my ac compressor clutch are weak. Is it a big job for a specialist? I know I cant do it myself but I want to know if theres enough clearance to do it with the compressor in place so all the components around it dont have to be removed because this will mean a time consuming (and costly) job. Anybody know?
