99 S70 ETS light on dash S70

I have a 99 S70. I have had the ETS control module replace back in March of 03, and the update done. I was pressure washing my engine compartment this weekend and the light came back on. A friend of mine works on cars and told me that if I take off the senser and clean it it should be ok. Where is the sensor? And how can I turn off the light on the dash?
