Are Brembo rotors machinable? 850 1996

My 855 has warped rotors because the front calipers are seizing up. So, I need new rotors (4), Calipers(2), and pads all around. I just replaced these rotors 2 years ago, they have not been machined, are they still good enough to machine? My Volvo dealer says no but I know that they have a profit motive involved. If I could machine these it would save me alot of money. Help!
