OE tires for FWD V70-XC70 2000

I recently tried to buy cooper tires from Bennys, but they did not nave "V" rated tires in stock. What is the full rated designation for the OE summer tire? Isn't the rating now like 195/65SR/15 89S and not the old V-H-S rating.
