Rear Wheel Vibration 850

I have a 1995 850 with over 150,000 miles. When I go over 30 mph and I have the back windows down it sounds like the back wheels are going to come off the car. I've had the tires rotated and balanced. Do I need to replace the shocks? Let me know if you can help me out.
