Finally got all lights working. Initially signal lights were not working. Found one had fallen out and other was not securely in place. With one out neither seem to work. The four dash lights: only one worked. Would suggest replacing all four with new as removing instrument panel is not terribly hard, but once is enough for a long time. Also, check before reassembly. I didn't and had to take apart a second time. The dash lights are readily available in local auto stores, I believe.
