help 95 850 turbo smokes white smoke at idle 850 1995

I have a 95 850 turbo wagon with 150k miles and it just started smoking white smoke out of the tail pipe at idle. Once I accelerate it stops. Is this a bad turbo or the engine. Please help and if it is the turbo how much am I looking at for a new or rebuilt one. I hope it is not the engine.
