Rear Suspension (Delta Link) Camber Bolt Removal 850 1995

Hi,

One of the camber adjustment bolts of the passenger side delta link arm was snapped off (the nut part). I don't know when this happened. It must be a while ago becuase I could see rust on the remaining bolt from the bottom of the delta link arm. I tried to removed the remaining bolt with many means but no luck. It was stucked and room in that area was so tight.

How can I remove it so that I can install a new one ? I bought the new bolt and nut from dealer but could not install it
