1999 T5, 1998 GLT or 1997 850 S70

My 1999 s70 AWD was recently totaled (the 2nd Volvo in 6 years to save my family in such an accident) . I know have replace it, and have narrowed it down to a tough choice. The choices:

1999 T5 100K mi - only problem is a bad noise when making a hard left turn at low sppeds (steering rack?). Can probably get it for $6700

1998 GLT 77k miles- good car, but possibly was in a rear-ender, as the bumper appears to be repainted. Can get it for $7200

1997 850 75K mi- In very good shape for the oldest of the bunch (but not as good as the other two, interior or exterior) . Can get it for $5800

I am concerned about repairs on the T5 engine, and about the fact that the 850 is just an old car, even given the low mileage (probably lots of city miles). All appear to be good deals, but the GLT appears to be less so.

The car will be mostly driven as a 3rd car for my 16 and 20 yr old, with occassional use by my wife- mostly city driving.

Any suggestions?
