Vinyl Covering Inside of Driver Door is Bubbling S70 2000

An air bubble has appeared in the arm rest area of the driver side door. Looks like the vinyl has come away and there is an air pocket. Maybe heat inside the car caused it to shrink away. I don't want to put a hole in it and the vinyl isn't coming off near an edge. Has this happen to anyone else. I quess you just leave it alone and hope it doesn't get worse.
