Problem rear window spritzer 850 1994

The problem persists on my little 855. Replaced the switch,relay and pump. Pump works if hot wired and the wiper works, but still no electrical action with the pump when triggering the switch. Voltage measurement at the motor is less than a volt when triggering the switch.

Any ideas out there. Fortunately this is not a major item, just a pain----
