thump coming from front when tuning left S70 2000

hello guys!
I have 55K on my non-turbo S70 and she just started to do this wierd thing-- when i'm making normal left hand turns, I will feel when can best be described as a "thump" from the right front side of the car. I doesn't ever happen when making right turns.
Nothing abnormal while driving straight.
My tires are brand new.
