Slow start, then CEL 850

Just when starting the car hesitates or has to crank a few
times before starting. This happened a couple of days. Now the
is a check engine light. I don't have OBDII reader

any idea? So far I can always get a start just takes a second or two when
in the past started exactly when key is turned
