Hello,
My sister's 1996 850 wagon (base, automatic) sometimes doesnt start when the key is turned. It just doesnt do anything, no starter turning or anything, but may start just 20 minutes later.

My first thought was the gear selector - maybe the car thinks it's in gear. Or maybe it's some other switch - any common problems on these cars that would cause this? Any thoughts?
