Question regarding later fluidic/fan-style washer nozzles/sprayers/squirters

hey there,

my question this time around is on most entertaining topic of washer nozzles, or whatever people call them on the mass of dirt you call home ;)

Specifically, I have a 1993 850, which came with two simple and functional washer nozzles of the dual-spray variety, which also conveniently mounted into the hood of my 1987 740. With this in mind, I am curious about the availability of what are often called "Fan-style," or fluidic motor washer nozzles. these little guys are (i'm almost positive) available on Volvos dating as far back to three years ago, but i cannot confirm because I do not know of anybody with one...so my point is, does anyone know if these types came on the later model cars, and if the method of attachment to the hood would be compatible with that of the 850, which would, in turn, be compatible with that of the 740. Since I lack my dremel right now, I do not have the proper tools to expand the hole as needed, so i'd rather like to avoid needing to do a half-assed job of things in order to make it fit. Also, if anyone can take pictures of the nozzles in question...well..that'd rock.

Cheers!
