P0740 and P0734 please help 850

Hey guys

I am getting codes 0740 and 0734 from my 97 auto 850. The trans seems to ba having a hard time shifting. I did flush the fluid last year with redline atf and when I checked it yesterday it still seemed pretty close to red and didn't smell like anything other then oil. The P0740 code is a TCC solenoid malfunction code. I tried to find some info on the location of this solenoid or where the electrical connections are but had no luck. So if anyone can shine any light on this I'd appreciate it.
