AC condenser (radiator) change S70 1998

Does anybody have experience changing/installing replacement AC condenser (radiator)??? Is it a possible DIY job?

Also, I want to know following things:
1) Are there any O-rings used between hoses and condenser? (I searched web stores for them, but couldn't found them). If yes, should they be replaced while changing condenser?
2) Is there a need to use any hermetic agent?? If yes, what kind???
