This is a '97 T-5 with 165k. This started early this summer, becoming more frequent. A/C runs fine for a while, then suddenly stops blowing cold air (blower however still runs. It used to be that changing temp (have ECC would turn compressor back on, now that is not always the case. Typically it will work again after a minute or two.

Any idea what this may be and is this something that I should wait until total failure to do something about ?
