Timing Belt Change V70-XC70 2000

2000 V70 SE with B5244S motor; 90K miles

Am planning on replacing the timing belt soon; service manual says replace at 105K.

Am a veteran of many successful timing belt changes including 240 motors. Of course this 5244 motor is an interference engine and so we want to be careful. Have read that this is not a DIY job if motor has the hydraulic tensioner. How do I know what tensioner I have?
