AC compressor squealing/squeaking 850 1996

It may not be the compressor itself. The accessory belt could just be slipping due to the extra drag. Try some spray belt treatment but this usually doesn't last too long. You may need a new belt. Or has it been recently replaced? Some cheaper belts just tend to squeek more. Wouldn't spray anything on the compressor clutch.
