Donating your car, while admirable, is no longer the tax deduction it once was. The cars get auctioned off for much less than it is worth.

Clean it, inside and out, wax it, take some pics, and head over to Craigslist.org Read the ads for existing 850s with the same mileage and post an ad. Remember, words are free so write at least a paragraph. Let the potential buyer know what parts were added in the last year. If you have kept maint records, say so, that can add $500 to $1000 to the value of the car.

If you price it right, be prepared to have the car gone in one day!
