The first head light bulb on my 2001 S80 failed before 3 months and 3000 miles had passed. Your Service Manager is correct that the replacement bulb was free, but the Dealer charged $12 labor to replace it. I can buy a replacement bulb at Pep Boys for the same price (I did, to carry a spare), so why go to the inconvenience of making an appointment at the Dealer (which is 20 miles away)?
