Unfortunately, I don't have a mechanic I can have a serious talk with. These guys around here let you know what they diagnose as wrong, quote a price, and then on to the next guy. I have taken it to two different mechanics, both gave me a similar diagnosis and price. Is this a job a DIY'er can accomplish? Are there step-by-step instructions posted somewhere?
I am a college student without much income and moderate hours under a 240 (timing belt, alternator, radiator, in-tank fuel filter, blower motor, sensors, etc.)
