Timing belt replacement advice needed 850 1997

I have 97 Volvo 850 with 112K miles, I changed my timing belt when I had 55 K but that was 7 years ago. So I made 57 K miles on this timing belt but it is 7 years old. Should I change timing belt now, or can I drive another 18 K till I reach 75 K on this belt. It’s going to take probably 2 years. Also is it time to buy the whole timing belt kit?
