Two separate problems. First the air pump. The ECU turns on the pump when the engine is completely cold for about 2 minutes. The best way to verify is to start the engine with the hood up and then look at the small air hose that is connected to the air filter housing, it should pulse when the pump is running.
There is a small valve with an electrical connection hanging down from the radiator shroud next to the relay. Remove and clean it, replacing the vacuum line. Make sure all of the vacuum lines attached to the solenoid hold vacuum. Clean the electrical connectors.
P0455 - gross leak in EVAP. Usually the J connector at the charcoal filter. The cannister moves around depending on the year.
