leaking fuel profusely 850

It is definitely leaking around the bottom or base of the third injector. The base seal is wet, but it appears that the fuel pours out from under the seal.
I have a non-turbo 1994.
Could this leak of fuel be caused by a bad fuel injector no matter that I replaced all of the seals for all injectors?
