you'll find the small numbers next to each relay.

Turn the rear wiper on(ignition switch on I) and you'll hear a continuous click. Put your hand on the relay that is clicking, then that's the one that controls the rear wiper. Turn ignition off.

Put a mark on this relay and replace with one of the other similar relay.

Try the rear wiper again. Recheck the fuse if not working.
