I found the relay numbers. Thanks for that. switched #13 with #17. turned the wiper on with ignition on. nothing. no clicking or feel at any relay. I then rechecked the two fuses marked "rear wiper": a 10A in the engine bay and a 15A in the cargo area. replaced them anyway. no joy. I thought it might be the switch on the steering column stock. the washer part of the switch works and wiggling it doesn't do anything. Any more ideas??
