The left wiper arm (which bends upwards after someone tries using it while the blade's stuck in ice or to plow heavy snow) can be easily re-bent back on the car and takes seconds to do. I just push it back down towards the windshield near its base and that works OK (no charge).

That problem (as with loose wiper nuts) can be avoided if people clear the snow first and break the blades loose when frozen in ice. We see alot of this stuff every winter.
