??? Engine shutter should occure at a specific rpm, regardless of speed of car.
At 65mph you are going less than 3000 rpm. Try down shifting to 3rd maintaining the same speed and see if you still have the same vibration, it could be the new tires.

If the engine is having a problem, it is probably time to clean the throttle body.
