Don't KILL the brake line connectors! Live with the old calipers for a while, just grease them up real good. Replace the rotors and pads and call it a day.
If you rounded the brake line bolts, they will have to be replaced. The best way to do that is to get new flexible lines. But, please get the proper tool for the job. And Craftsman tools won't work, they are not strong enough. The only wrench I have found to work comes from Snap-On, but they are not cheap.
