No Headlight Washer Fluid: Where to Start? 850 97

The washer fluid isn't coming out of the (both) tubes on the headlite washers. Looked in archives, couldn't find anything. I know there's several points to check, but not where they are. Are there look-here-first spots?

Windshield's squirters work fine; headlight wipers work.
