Try resetting the SRC founction to #4. Turn on the key and radio, set to FM, turn off the radio and key, press and HOLD CHGR and POWER buttons on the radio, turn on the key, still holding the two buttons, wait for display to read SRC, usually about 10 sec, release buttons and press #4 preset button. Done.
