Long time no post! Advice needed on 99 S70 engine..... S70 1999

Replacing the engine is a lot of work, but so is replacing a head gasket. Just getting the motor requires a lift to pull the engine/tranny. Of course, if your old oil leak was the RMS, you need to pull the engine anyway to repl the RMS.

Replacing the head gasket would be my preference. Just remember, your 1999 isn't worth a ton of money even when it is running properly.
