One the power is restored and the radio is turned on, CODE will display.

If you think you know the code, some times the owner will write it on the radio or a piece of paper in the glove box, enter it. It is also possible that the light bulbs are burned out - scan for fix here or matthews.

Verify the plug in the rear of the radio is firmly attached.
