No electric to fuel pump C70

How did you determine there's no power at the fuel pump?
Did you measure DCV at the fuel pump connector? Maybe you lost the ground return?
You have to insure that the Ground return path is good to see 12VDC.
Try placing the black meter lead on the car frame at the ground point near the fuel pump and see if there's 12VDC at the connector.
Check the battery grounds (2) also.
