Remove the console switch by first removing the plastic under the Ebrake handle, then use your fingers to push up on the switch. If you also push up on the other rear window switch, you can swap the 'good' switch and try it.

Also pull up/out the rear window switch on the door and check for voltage. It should be enough to light a test light. If the switches are OK, it is probably a bad wire as those motors are quite robust. I do have a spare motor...
