Fuel pump fuse keeps 'blowing' 850 1995

The fuel pump is drawing too many amps, a place to look is at the connector in your trunk over by the right shock top mount. The connector has been known to melt or not make good contact, check there. The fuel pump could be on it's last leg as well, the longer it runs the more amps it draws and finally blows the fuse. If you had a short, I would think the fuse would blow as soon as you started the car, however it might take running for a while to vibrate just right to cause the short. If you have an amp meter you might want to watch the amp draw when you start it.
