brake problem : squirting brake fluid from bleed valve : ( 850 1995

Glen,

Also forgot to mention - check your brake fluid in at the master cylinder.

You may likely need to add fluid.

There is also a possibility that air has now gotten into your brake system and will need to be purged out.

I hope you know what I mean by this - basically, what you should do is place a place rubber hose (auto parts store has em) onto the the bleed valve and the other end into a jar partially full of brake fluid- then open the bleed valve.

The next part is a 2 person job - 1) make certain the master cylinder reservoir is full 2) have your wife pump the brakes slowly and firmly ) keep adding fluid to the master cylinder until no more bubble appear in the jar.

Be aware that if air has gotten into the systems your brakes may not work properly.

Post back here and let us know how it turns out.

Nathan
