Squealing Brakes 850 1994

I've had it up to my ears with these front brakes. Put on new Zimmerman cross drilled rotors and matched PBR pads. Cleaned everything and greased the whole setup with anti-squeal compound...still squealing. Took everyone's advice and bought OEM rotors and pads, cleaned, greased, and installed and still squealing. Doesn't squeal every time foot is on brake...sometimes only just before stopping and sometimes not at all but I've done everything I know to do and have now spent a ton of money on brakes. Is expecting quiet brakes too much to ask? What have I done wrong or not done?
