Found a magnet - Dash Speaker??? 850

Carefully lever the grilles loose and you'll see the speakers. It isn't necessary to remove the dash to replace them, as you'll see, unless the wires are trapped under it, that is.

Can't imagine the magnet coming out, and if it did, it can't easily get down to the blower motor area. Odd.....
