After you remove the grill, you need to remove the speakers by pushing DOWN in the middle of the buttons that hold the speakers in place. Don't try to pry them up like I did; that doesn't work.

I thought my speakers weren't putting out sound too but they were you just have to listen closely, they'll be easier to hear after you pop out the speakers from the dash (assuming they're still working).

If the magnet is missing just epoxy it back into place.
